 What price would you put on good health?

Most people agree that health is one of the most important things in their lives and yet most of us neglect our health and spend more money on our cars and homes than we do on maintaining and improving our health and wellbeing.  Good health is not something that just happens, we may be blessed with a strong physical constitution, but after time if we neglect or simply ignor the messages are body is trying to communicate, our health will suffer.  At first this may be a series of colds, throat infections or a disturbed sleep pattern, but in the long term if this ongoing stress is not effectively managed, then a more serious illness will develop which may be far more difficult to treat.

Whether you have a recognised illness or simply feel that life is not on track, it is always helpful to take time to reflect on the events of the last year and  put in place strategies and solutions for change. We are all on our own path and have very different needs, if we race through life filling every available minute then how can we hope to recognise these needs and have time to make the necessary changes for our growth and Self Development.

One of the most common reasons people give for resisting change is that they do not have time. We all have the same amount of time, the difference is that we make different choices over how we use that time.
